"Inclusion isn't just about teaching; it's about creating a culture where every individual's potential is nurtured and celebrated. As an inclusion consultant my mission is to empower educators to embrace diversity, foster collaboration, and unlock the full potential of every learner."

A little bit about me…

Since starting as a Drama and English Teacher in 1999, I've been passionate about inclusive education. At my first school, Bendigo Senior Secondary College, I saw the benefits of creative teaching methods, especially in IT, which reinforced my belief in inclusive practices benefiting all students. Inclusive education involves attentive observation and understanding of students' needs to foster collaboration and growth. I've worked globally in various educational roles from school counsellor to Head of Departments. In 2020, I transitioned to SEN consulting and teacher training, emphasising a metacognitive approach to professional development. I obtained a NeuroHeart Educational coach® certification in 2022 and recently completed a Master's in SEND from Middlesex University London, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders and Inclusive Leadership. I'm committed to developing online coaching sessions and courses, aiming to promote "inclusion fluency" among educators worldwide by integrating scientifically proven methods and strategies with a hands-on approach to school wide change and improvement.
